Ingredients For 4 people:
_4 eggs
_140g caster sugar
_100g self-raising flour
_11g baking powder (levure alsacienne)
_250g chocolate
_200g butter

_Beat the egg yolks together with 1 glass of sugar, 3 tbsp of luke warm water, until mixture is frothy
_Progressively add a glass of flour and baking powder until smooth
_Whip the egg whites until firm
_Carefully add the egg whites into the mixture
_Pour the mixture into a long and flat dish. It shouldn’t be thicker than 1 cm. Bake in a warm oven at 180
°C for 25 minutes
_When it is cooked, take the cake out and place it on a dump towel or on greaseproof paper. Roll the cake together with the towel and let it cool down for a little while.

Coat preparation:
_Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it over a bain-marie. (Bain-marie means simmering water in a pan that contains the bowl with the chocolate pieces). When it starts melting, add the soft butter into the chocolate
_Unroll the cake and spread the chocolate sauce all over the cake. Then roll up the cake again using the towel to help you
_Cut a thick diagonal slice off one end of the cake and place it apart. Transfer the larger piece of cake to a serving plate. Spread the remaining mixture of butter and chocolate on top of the cake and on the small slice. Then, fix the small piece of cake anywhere to the large roll to make a stump
_Brush the cake and draw pictures with a fork and add your own decorations ❄ ☃ ❁

_When you are done, place into the fridge until it is time to serve.

It’s ready! Enjoy and send us pictures!
